A SUMMERTIME PICNIC: A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE PARK

Summer- a magical season wherever you may be, but one that feels particularly magical in New York City- do you know what a delight it is to feel sunshine on your face and squish grass under your toes after the longest lockdown, socially-distancing, pandemic called COVID-19.

After the restrictions were listed up in the tri-state, in my own New Yorker form of sun-glory, I basked in all the sun by soaking up some vitamin D, listen to some tunes and feast on some snacks I could get my hands on: crackers, cheese, fruits and  pink champagne all very much included.

Towards the end of the evening I took some time to wander barefoot, and marvel at the views of the Central Park and Bow Bridge.

And as you may have already deduced, it was a simple, but achingly beautiful, summer day.
